HOW TO FIND THE BEST DENTISTS IN MEXICO by the Board Certified Mexico Dentist Association

Mexico Dental tourism patients don't have to accept 2nd best!

By Dental Tourism Mexico, Health Care Travel Writer David Mandich

Cabo San Lucas Bay from Pedregal by David Mandich

You have probably heard by now that one can get dentistry in Mexico at substantial savings. Real savings of 50-70% with dentists using the same materials and equipment ordered from the same international dental supply catalogs as your own dentist back home buys from.

But what about the quality of the dentistry in Mexico?

In Mexico quality is problematic and here’s why. General dentists in Mexico untrained in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, root canals etc. can legally attempt advanced dental procedures by practicing on unsuspecting patients.

This situation is the result of less consumer protection laws. It used to be the same situation in the US and Canada decades ago.  But the Mexican government does not get in the way of any general dentists in Mexico who want to learn advanced dentistry the old-fashioned way – by trial and error on their patients (that’s you and me).

FIND A CERTIFIED CABO COSMETIC DENTAL CLINIC FOR SUPERIOR DENTISTRY Updated 5/2016

Dental Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry by a Board Certified Cabo Dentist for the Cost of a Non-Certified Dentist!

A Board Certified Cabo dentist is who you want for your crown, cosmetic dentistry and dental implants - especially if the cost is the same as for a less-trained general dentist in Cabo.

 UPDATED 5/2016

If you've spent any time in a rich locale-- be it Beverly Hills, Palm Beach, or even a quaint looking southern town with old money -- then you've met people with impossibly perfect teeth. The kind that rekindle images of Justin Timberlake and Hallie Barry.

Big white straight perfect teeth. If you've driven around in these towns, you've probably also seen exteriors (if not interiors) of high-end dental clinics with windows of beveled glass and likely a chandelier or two in the main entry. The old vision of visiting a dentist out of a necessity due to a cavity or root canal has been sublimated by consumer demands for aesthetically balanced teeth, be this in the way of whitening, orthodontia, veneers, or dental implants.

From Wooden Choppers To A Mexican Dental Vacation

By David Mandich -

Over a hundred years ago, most people lost all their permanent teeth by the time they were forty-five if they weren’t already dead from cholera, typhoid, smallpox, influenza, tuberculosis or other killers. The average life span a hundred years ago was only forty-five years. Advances in health care and medicines have increased the average life span to over seventy-five in most industrialized countries.

In the past, a pair of pliers was as common a tool for dentists as as scissors and razors were for barbers. The red and white striped barber pole symbolized blood and sanitation and barbers also pulled teeth. Over a hundred years ago - If you had a really good dentist, you might get a set of wooden teeth made to replace your rotting ones. Anesthesia – was whiskey in the US, tequila in Mexico.

Avoid Root Canals Get Teeth That Replace Themselves

Here's a report that gives hope to everyone who dreads a date with the dentist for a root canal or dental makeover.

Things are changing so fast in the biomedical field that it's hard for even professionals in the medical community to stay abreast of all the new developments.

Especially amazing is the latest news on 3-D printing - do a Google search on it and prepare to be amazed. They are printing all kinds of 3-D things with machines - full-scale useable houses, tools, guns, human body parts and more! Futurists are having a field day. There are robots now that can make more more robots with 3-D printers which can  make more robots which can make more robots etc. etc. until someday robots will take over the planet.
