TIJUANA DENTIST REVIEWS By USA Dr. Nelson Henry, Owner, Mexico Dentist Guide

TIJUANA DENTIST REVIEWS

The very best dentists in Tijuana are Board Certified and they are less than 1% of dentists in Tijuana. If you are having dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, oral rehabilitation or dental makeovers with crowns and veneers - the ones below are some of the best Board Certified dentists in town.

The  Board  Certified  Mexico  Dental Association features the best certified dentists in Tijuana Mexico who have the advanced skills and accreditation necessary for the complicated dentistry most US and Canadian dental tourism patients are in need of. Their member dentists are the ones I recommend for all my patients.

Board Certified Dentists cost the same as far-less trained non-certified dentists in Mexico so you should choose the best and not worry.

TIJUANA DENTIST REVIEWS, RECOMMENDATIONS - THE BEST DENTISTS IN TIJUANA for Dental Implants, Oral Restoration, Cosmetic Dentistry - Board Certified Mexico Dental Association

You want the best dentist in Tijuana and affordable prices.

Read this Tijuana dentist review, by consumer healthcare advocate David Mandich for the Board Certified Mexico Dental Association

Tijuana's upscale Zona Rio has fine restaurants, museums, galleries, clubs, first-class hotels, malls, casinos and some of the best board certified dentists in Tijuana.

Here's how to FIND the right Tijuana Dentist certified for your crowns, veneers, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics and more!

If you are like most Americans who cross the border daily searching for a Tijuana dentist you want one who is an expert dentist and affordable.

Need a cleaning? You can get that at home but you can't get advanced dentistry in the US for a reasonable price anymore. Dentistry in the US is fast becoming something only the rich (or well insured) can afford with some dental procedures becoming as expensive as plastic surgery.

Dental Tourism Caution Advisory by Board Certified Dentists Internationale'

Board Certified Dentists Internationale tells how dental tourists can avoid their dental implants going sideways after their dental vacation.

By Sandra Jamala

Dental tourism today faces new challenges according to Ms. Carla Helena Sanchez the new Director of Certified Dentists Internationale.

“The expanding dental tourism industry is in danger of getting a black eye with many dental tourism websites and dental travel brokers promoting any dentist who is willing to pay their annual membership fees. The dentist membership fees can cost $1,500us or more per year and generate much valued high treatment patients for dentists in developing nations.

The website dental broker agencies cannot possibly screen the credentials of the 1,000’s of dentists some agencies claim to list.  Consumers are often getting shoddy work from general dentists anxious to bag lucrative treatments by misrepresenting their qualifications to unsuspecting dental tourists.

COSMETIC DENTISTRY, CROWN, VENEER, DENTAL IMPLANTS, ORAL RESTORATION IN MEXICO - The Board Certified Mexico Dental Association

The Best Mexico Dental Tourism, Dental Makeovers, Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Implant and Full-Mouth Oral Restoration in Mexico - Mexico dental prices, Mexico dentist reviews

Reposted by Dr. Nelson Henry DMD with permission from the Board Certified Mexico Dental Association

Dental terminology can often be confusing to the patient – especially so when ad agencies, and consumer health protection laws in different countries are involved.

Dental Makeover is a general term which is often loosely used to describe either cosmetic dentistry or major work such as a full-mouth oral restoration.

Cosmetic Dentistry encompasses procedures such as crowns, veneers, gum contouring, bondings, inlays, onlays, bridges and plates and even implantology.

Note: Implants are surgery and should only be performed by an oral surgeon or prosthodontist. In the US this in normally the case. However, in Mexico, general dentists can attend an implant manufacturer’s quickie weekend course or worse – a 2 hour dental convention seminar and thereafter call themselves implant specialists.

A Mexican Dental Vacation For Crowns, Veneers or Dental Implants is Just What Your Accountant Ordered!

Your Puerto Vallarta dentist is a short drive from this fabulous course

By Cabo Mexico Writer David Mandich

Dental Implants in Mexico are inexpensive with a Certified Puerto Vallarta or Cabo dentist.

Modern Dental Implants look more like a natural tooth than crowns, but last much longer. A good quality dental crown is hard to detect from a natural tooth without close inspection. The Board Certified dentists in Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta offer full-mouth cosmetic restorations at prices that will make your accountant smile.

Alicia Cabo Dental Paradise Clinic has a multi-disciplined dentist and certified cosmetic oral Rehabilitation specialist. Specializing in cosmetic dental makeovers, the doctor does virtually every type of dental treatment from a crown and root canal to a walk-in patient with a broken tooth sent by a local hotel. The Cabo dentist has been treating English speaking patients for over 30 years and earned a diploma from Nobel Biocare, the company that invented the dental implants.

Nobel Biocare Dental Implants are only $2,100 with a Cabo dentist vs. the average cost in the USA, of $5,000-$10,000 per unit.

A crown or root canal cost ranges from $1,000 to as much as $3,000 US Dollars in upscale clinics in big US cities while a Cabo dentist charges only $425-595 us. Cosmetic Dental makeovers can use a combination of dental implants, crowns, bridges, veneers and bonding, depending on each case.

Prior to getting on a plane for getting your implants done by a Puerto Vallarta or Cabo dentist, – it’s best to visit an implantologist back home to determine if you are suitable candidate for an implant. If any periodontal treatment is needed, a visit prior to the implant surgery may be required in order to do gum surgery, bone loss restoration, etc. Patients who are heavy tobacco users, substance abusers, diabetics or other unforeseen factors might make an implant unfeasable for some patients.

A dental implant in Mexico by a Certified Cabo or Puerto Vallarta dentist will cost far less than back home.

Dental implants are used most often for molars and front incisors. These teeth take the most abuse and are subject to most of the pressure while eating. An initial visit in which the titanium base is implanted in the bone is required. A second visit approximately 2- 4 months later will be scheduled when the permanent porcelain tooth is fitted into the base.

One-day implants are available for the lateral incisors that take less stress and abuse than the molars or front incisors. They are not normally used for the other teeth.

With dentures, one eats at only 20% efficiency vs implants that restore chewing efficiency to the same of your natural teeth. With implants you eat without the pain you experience from a denture rocking and irritating nerves and gum tissue.

Dental implants last a lifetime and other solutions such as bridges or dentures only a decade or so – implants often turn out to be the best investment over the long term.
